5 Celebrity power couples I so wish existed

This is a follow-up on my last article where I mourn some broken-up power couples. This time I will tell you about some stupendous power couples that might have existed, in some other dimension I guess. Here it comes...


Rekha and Amitabh Bachhan
Amitabh Bachhan and Rekha- My dream couple is Bollywood legends Amitabh and Rekha. There alleged secret relationship was the talk of the town during there days. But unfortunately, his dad arranged his marriage with Jaya Bhaduri. But no one can deny, their on-screen chemistry was beyond the reel life. If they had got married, they would have been a power to reckon with today.











Jennifer Lopez and Enrique Iglesias
J-Lo and Enrique Iglesias- They are best of friends. They tour the world together, both Latinas, both gorgeous looking, massive music makers and Fashionistas!!! But they are just friends. ;(  While Jennifer Lopez keeps falling in heartless hell-sent guys one after another who leave her as soon as they have taken enough benefits from her humongous celebrity status and I have no idea whom Enrique is dating Oh! If they ever came together as a couple, they would set the paparazzi on fire.










Aishwarya Rai Bachhan and Hrithik Roshan
Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan- A smouldering hot couple, very good friends, they could have been the "Brangelina" of Bollywood. Hrithik with his Greek-God looks and fame, and Aishwarya who needs no introduction would have made a Glamourous Couple of intensity that never existed in Bollywood. Unfortunately Hrithik was already married (and now he is not) while Aishwarya got married later on too, with the Bachhans (yeah! She married the name, Abhishek hardly deserves her)














Oprah Winfrey and Ellen Degenres
Oprah and Ellen- They need no introduction. Its just something my imaginative crazy brain came up with. What a fabulous same-sex Couple would Oprah Winfrey and Ellen Degeneres would make. They both have ruled day times of America for years, extremely rich and famous, they are often counted as the most powerful women in the world. Together they would rule the whole world, just saying!!!









Julia Roberts, George Clooney and his wife Amal Alamuddin Clooney

 Julia Roberts and George Clooney- Academy award winners and the most powerful celebrities on the planet, George Clooney and Julia Roberts are very best of pals, but just wandering what a fab and chic couple would they have formed together. It would have power, glamour and influence beyond the capacity of the world to handle. :p Not an overstatement seriously. I love them both so much. And they both are so incredibly talented too. They have done a few movies together, recently Money Monster, I am yet to watch it.

Kabir Singh- A Doctor's Review

So I found time to watch the latest bollywood release- Kabir Singh with Shahid Kapoor and a few beautiful women I’m not bothered to learn the names of. After a long time, medical profession and live of doctors was the baseline for a very mainstream movie, the last one was Munna Bhai MBBS, and it was a wonderfully entertaining with great social message. So I had a lot of expectations. It was a remake of the south Indian movie Arjun Reddy and I’m not familiar with it at all. And lets just say, in spite of a watchable story line, it let me down in so many parameters, so many dimensions, it won’t be easy writing this. So first lets start with the good. Almost everyone of the cast member are great actors and it showed (other than the various beautiful romantic entanglements of Dr Kabir Singh, MS Orthopedics, thats why I’m not bothered to learn their names). Goodbye College!!!

So exactly 4 and a half years back I started the journey of my Graduation, 2000 kms away from home. With my admission to a Medical School, I was never more excited in my life. Those were the innocent days when I still believed in the power of men and the strength of oneself to conquer the world. I still do but with better understanding of the phrase "One's own Enemy." The abundantly fabled College life was not totally what I expected it to be. A myriad of failures, wins, heartbreaks and sleepless nights was what it was. When I started I remember being anxious about the fact that the course was almost 6 years long, but someone told me that I wont even realize how fast this time would pass.
